Set up library thing and added three books. This might be an online tool I would use.

My comment on the tag cloud for the James Patterson book:
I prefer traditional subject headings.
The tag cloud is redundant.
(eg. murder, murder mystery, mystery, mystery fiction, general fiction)
Interesting article on folksonomies and how they are being utilized.
